Demi Moore Joins Charlize Theron and Julia Garner in Amazon MGM Thriller TYRANT

Demi Moore ( A Few Good Men , The Substance ) has signed on to play a lead role alongside Charlize Theron ( Monster , The Old Guard ) and Julia Garner ( Ozark , Weapons ) in Tyrant . The film is being produced by Amazon MGM Studios, and is described as a culinary thriller from writer-director David Weil , who adapted the script from a story he conceived with Cody Behan . The film is set to start shooting in Los Angeles a few weeks. Tyrant ‘s official logline is being kept under wraps. But the film is said to be a high-stakes thriller set within New York City’s elite fine-dining scene. Coming off her 2024 Oscar nomination for The Substance , Moore currently stars in the hit Paramount+ series Landman from Taylor Sheridan, heading into its third season. Next up, she’ll be seen starring alongside Keke Palmer and Naomi Ackie in Boots Riley’s Neon crime comedy I Love Boosters, which is coming off its premiere at SXSW. via: Deadline
